  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.
  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original invoice inside.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
